Ingredients:
1- 9” unbaked pie shell, chilled 1 1/2 cups honey 1/4 cup melted butter 1/4 t. salt 1 t. vanilla extract Pinch of nutmeg 3 eggs 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Cream together honey, butter, salt, and nutmeg. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add pecans and beat well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then 300 degrees for 20 minutes, then 250 degrees for 10 minutes, or until filling is firm.
